[Surgical-orthodontic treatment of 2 adult clinical cases: esthetic changes]

The purpose of this paper is to define the importance of orthodontico-surgical treatments through two clinical adult cases. The adult orthodontic treatment is often correlated with surgery, specially when there is skeletal and aesthetic disorders. We believe that surgery allows the correction of skeletal deficiencies, but first it's necessary to realize an orthodontic preparation of dental arches. This treatment planning ensures the stability of aesthetic and occlusal results.
