Bone marrow involvement by marginal zone B-cell lymphomas of different types

Bone marrow examination reveals overlapping infiltration patterns in marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (MZL). While distinguishing MZL subtypes by bone marrow alone is difficult, sinusoidal patterns or germinal centers suggest splenic MZL (SMZL).
