Class II malocclusion: making the face fit?

Facial aesthetics is an increasingly important aspect of orthodontic treatment. Assessment of the effects of treatment, however, is fraught with difficulties both of subjective judgement and clinical evaluation. This article addresses these problems and reviews the relevant literature.
