Extrusion of double J stent: a rare complication

Abstract:
Ureteral double J stents are associated with complications such as malposition, migration, fragmentation, and "forgotten stent," and are known to migrate both proximally and distally. We present a case of a forgotten stent that had proximal migration leading to extrusion, so far an unreported complication.
