Summary

A new, rapid analytical method accurately detects 15 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and benzo[c]fluorene in food. This fast gas chromatography/high-resolution mass spectrometry (Fast-GC/HRMS) method significantly reduces analysis time for crucial food safety testing.
