Antisense technologies--Cambridge Health Institute Conference

This conference was designed to cover the whole spectrum of oligonucleotide chemistries as well as broader applications of antisense technology. Antisense utility and approaches to extend the therapeutic applications remain important topics for the focus of basic research. Antisense technology is now applied not only to immediate therapeutic applications but also to gene functional analysis, validation of molecular medicine and confirmation of therapeutic approaches. This conference was small but efficiently explored the potential for antisense technologies.
