This report details a rare instance of RAP following laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.

Findings:

Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, a minimally invasive approach, can lead to RAP.
This surgical technique carries a risk of vascular complications, including pseudoaneurysm formation.
