  • To present the institutional experience with robot-assisted pyeloplasty (RP).

  • 29 RPs were performed between October 2005 and September 2006.
  • Procedures were transperitoneal using a 4-port template.
  • Outcomes were prospectively recorded and retrospectively reviewed.

Main Results:

  • Mean follow-up was 11 months.
  • Mean operative time was 196 minutes, with average blood loss of 39 mL and hospital stay of 2.2 days.
