Radiation dose in CT colonography--trends in time and differences between daily practice and screening protocols

This study evaluated effective doses in CT colonography (CTC), finding screening protocols use lower doses than daily practice. Despite increased dose modulation, overall effective doses have not significantly decreased over time.
