Intradiploic epidermoid causing spontaneous extradural hematoma: case report

This report details the first case of an intradiploic epidermoid tumor causing a spontaneous extradural hematoma. Surgical removal of the tumor and hematoma was successful, highlighting rare but serious complications of these intracranial tumors.
