Multiple intracranial aneurysms, often smaller than 10mm, present unique challenges. Ruptured aneurysms were larger than unruptured ones in this study, informing patient management.

- Ruptured intracranial aneurysms in this cohort were larger than unruptured ones.
- Despite controversy, most ruptured aneurysms in this population were 10mm or smaller.
- Findings may aid in refining the management strategies for patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms.
