Complete atrioventricular block associated with rivastigmine therapy

Rivastigmine, a medication for Alzheimer's disease, was associated with complete atrioventricular block in a patient. Discontinuation and reintroduction of rivastigmine confirmed the causal link, necessitating pacemaker implantation.
