Summary

Electrical stimulation offers a promising alternative for severe tinnitus relief, with 71% of patients experiencing subjective improvement. Adding cervical kinesitherapy may further enhance treatment outcomes for tinnitus.

  • Audiometric tests showed improvement in 55% of ears.
  • In Group I, 44% of ears showed improvement, with complete disappearance in 4 ears.
  • In Group II, 16 ears improved, with complete disappearance in 2 ears.
  • Conclusions:

    • Electrical stimulation presents a viable alternative therapy for severe tinnitus.
    • Cervical kinesitherapy may provide an additive therapeutic effect.
