How peritoneal dialysis has developed in Vietnam

Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) in Vietnam faced initial challenges but improved significantly with the Y-set system and better patient care. This led to a rapid increase in CAPD patients, surpassing hemodialysis growth.
