Cluster headache with Brugada electrocardiogram pattern: a case report

Patients with Brugada pattern or syndrome should avoid sodium channel blockers. For a cluster headache patient with Brugada ECG pattern, clonazepam and codeine phosphate were effective when other treatments failed.
