She is also a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, a member of the Lamaze International Board of Directors, Chair of the Lamaze Institute for Normal Birth, and Project Director of the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative. Bingham is also a public health doctoral student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
