Summary

Radioguided occult lesion localization (ROLL) is an emerging technique for nonpalpable breast lesions. Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) may help avoid complete axillary lymph node dissection (ALDN) if the sentinel node is metastasis-free.
