Abstract:
For the testing of natural peat extracts and preparations produced from them absorbance measurements in the range lambda = 200--800 nm were used. The progressive increase of absorption spectra from 450 nm to short waves was observed. The curve calibration was rectilinear in a solution of humus acid (commercial preparation) when lambda = 420 nm. The proportion A465/A665 value indicates on participation of macromolecular aromatic compounds of different chemical structure. The application of spectrometry in the visible range enables the estimation of the influence of the applying technologies in peat preparations production.
