Abstract
Objective:
To study the chemical constituents of Peperomia dindygulensis.
Method:
Several column chromatographic methods were used to isolated compounds from P. dindygulensis and spectroscopic methods (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC, 1D- HOHAHA, NOE) were used to identify the structures of isolated compounds.
Result:
Compound 1 was isolated and identified as 2"-O-beta-D-galactosylisoswertisin.
Conclusion:
Compound 1 was a new compound.
