Intracytoplasmic sperm injection outcome using ejaculated sperm and retrieved sperm in azoospermic men

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using surgically retrieved sperm from men with azoospermia yields pregnancy and miscarriage rates comparable to using ejaculated sperm. These findings support ICSI with percutaneous epididymal aspiration (PESA) and testicular sperm extraction (TESE) for azoospermia treatment.
