Hybrid polymer-lipid films were created using poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and polystyrene (PS) with dioctadecyldimethylammonium bromide (DODAB). PMMA-DODAB films showed stability and antimicrobial properties, unlike PS-DODAB films.
