Summary

A six-month oral exercise program significantly improved oral functions like bite force and swallowing in healthy elderly individuals. Improvements were more pronounced in those with more remaining teeth.

  • Intervention group performed exercises targeting facial muscles, tongue, salivary glands, and swallowing.
