Capsule endoscopy findings in celiac disease

Capsule endoscopy (CE) can visualize intestinal changes in celiac disease (CD), revealing a decrease in villous atrophy from the proximal to distal intestine. However, CE did not offer additional diagnostic value compared to traditional duodenal biopsy for celiac disease.
