Insulin pump therapy significantly improves metabolic control in type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients. Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) therapy led to sustained reductions in HbA1C levels over three years without severe adverse events.

- The observed HbA1C reduction is statistically and clinically significant.
