Summary
The spleen can develop benign vascular tumors, presenting diagnostic challenges due to varied appearances. This study identifies and characterizes eight such splenic vascular lesions, including hemangiomas, hamartomas, and sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation (SANT).
