Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare the diagnostic performance of standard US and contrast-enhanced US (CEUS) against CT for solid organ injury in blunt trauma.
  • To evaluate the concordance of US and CEUS with CT findings.

  • 156 blunt trauma patients underwent US, followed by CEUS using SonoVue, and CT within 1 hour.
