Abstract:
Presented is the method of production of the liposomal form of dexamethasone. The liposomes have been obtained by the method of manual shaking out. Dexamethasone contained in liposomes MLV was connected with a base forming a 0.05% ophthalmic ointment. The drug prepared in this manner was used in an experimental viral interstitial keratitis in rabbits.
