Most clinical tests cannot accurately diagnose rotator cuff pathology: a systematic review

Most clinical tests for rotator cuff pathology lack diagnostic accuracy. Palpation for supraspinatus tears showed some promise, but overall, clinical assessment for rotator cuff tears is unreliable.
