Lymphocyte endothelial epithelial-cell adhesion molecule (LEEP-CAM) is expressed in human testes, particularly on Sertoli cells during normal spermatogenesis. Reduced LEEP-CAM correlates with impaired sperm production, suggesting its role in testicular immune cell interactions.
