Purpose of the Study:

  • To determine the proportion of adult subjects aged over 50 years within each phenotypic subgroup of COPD.
  • To classify COPD phenotypes based on current international diagnostic criteria.

  • A population-based survey of adults aged >50 years was conducted.
  • Participants underwent questionnaires, pulmonary function tests, and chest CT scans.
