True aneurysm of the dorsalis pedis artery mimicking a soft tissue tumor
1Bone and Joint Center, Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan.
Abstract:
The clinician must be very suspicious in differentiating soft tissue masses on the dorsum of the foot. Radiologic aids are often nonspecific in providing an identity. Surgical expectations may also be altered, as in this case described of an atypical aneurysm of the dorsalis pedis artery.
