Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare the diagnostic sensitivity of five common serological tests for detecting antibodies against Egg Drop Syndrome virus.
  • To determine the earliest time point for seroconversion detection using each method post-inoculation.
  • To evaluate the specificity of these tests against related avian pathogens and field samples.
