Pathological findings of multifocal choroiditis with panuveitis and punctate inner choroidopathy

Multifocal choroiditis with panuveitis (MCP) shows B lymphocyte infiltration in active inflammation, unlike punctate inner choroidopathy (PIC). However, MCP without inflammation is histopathologically similar to PIC.
