Cannabinoids show promise for Huntington's disease (HD) by reducing hyperkinesia through TRPV(1) activation and protecting neurons. The endocannabinoid system, particularly CB(2) receptors, offers neuroprotection via anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
