Summary

A novel tissue engineering method using collagen gel to detect antisperm antibodies (ASA) offers improved specificity and sensitivity for diagnosing immunological infertility. This approach shows promise for detecting autoantibodies in autoimmune diseases and monitoring bio-drug treatments.
