Abstract:
This paper reviews most relevant issues in robotic surgery and its applications in gynecology. Surgery is one of medicine's branches that have achieved most progress in last years. Robotic surgery is a new technology with several applications in teaching, medical service, minimal invasion surgery, and microsurgery fields. Its restrictions are high cost and skilled personnel.
