Summary

Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) parameters predict survival in pulmonary hypertension (PH) patients. The increase in O2 pulse from rest to peak exercise (DeltaO2 pulse) from CPET marginally improves survival prediction beyond the 6-minute walk distance (6MWD).
