Intraobserver reliability of cranial strain patterns as evaluated by osteopathic physicians: a pilot study

Osteopathic physicians demonstrated substantial intraobserver reliability in diagnosing cranial strain patterns, particularly in healthy individuals. Reliability was lower for cranial rhythmic impulse and quadrant restriction diagnoses.

- Reliability for diagnosing cranial rhythmic impulse (CRI) and specific quadrants of restriction was less consistent, indicating areas for further investigation.
