Abstract:
All EMS systems must have a reliable ambulance fleet to provide timely and effective care to their constituents. In order to do so, an effective strategic plan for this area of operations must be in place and followed. The intent is to provide a cost-effective solution that provides a reliable transportation resource for the system that is supported in a top-down approach throughout the organization such that it becomes an integral part of its cultural fabric.
