Gliadin IgG antibodies and circulating immune complexes

Elevated circulating immune complexes (CICs) were found in healthy individuals. Gluten antibodies were associated with higher CIC levels, suggesting food antigens may contribute to CIC formation.

- No significant difference in CIC or gliadin IgG levels was observed between individuals with and without fructose or lactose malabsorption.
