Summary

Antisaccade task performance in relatives of schizophrenia patients shows modest effect sizes and significant heterogeneity, suggesting it may not fully meet criteria for a schizophrenia endophenotype. While some genetic influence exists, it may not be linked to a specific schizophrenia genotype.
