  • Assessment of histological grading and location of sarcomas.

    • Unplanned resection of sarcomas often results in incomplete tumor removal and necessitates extensive salvage surgery.

    • Awareness and appropriate management strategies, including salvage treatment, are vital for improving prognosis in sarcoma patients.
