The Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-I) showed poor agreement with the Structured Interview for DSM-III Personality (SIDP) for diagnosing personality disorders in psychiatric patients. This suggests the MCMI-I may not be a reliable tool for assessing these conditions.
