Key concerns identified include fear, risk perception, anger, worry, guilt, confusion, decision-making difficulties, and trust in professionals.
Parents of completely and incompletely immunised children shared concerns, with notable differences.
A subset of parents with incompletely immunised children expressed significant distrust in healthcare professionals' information and had decided against full immunisation.

Conclusions:

Parental concerns are multifaceted, extending beyond simple information deficits.
Trust in healthcare professionals is a critical factor in immunisation decisions.
Interventions for vaccine-hesitant parents require addressing underlying trust issues, as information alone may be insufficient.
