Dilatative percutaneous tracheostomy during double antiplatelet therapy: two consecutive cases

Dilatative percutaneous tracheostomy can be safely performed in patients on double antiplatelet therapy. This procedure avoided stent thrombosis without causing bleeding complications in selected cardiac arrest cases.
