This study analyzed 135 orbito-ocular lesions over 10 years, finding retinoblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma as common childhood malignancies. Inflammatory conditions also frequently required surgical intervention.

Conclusions:
- Retinoblastoma is the most frequent ocular malignancy, and rhabdomyosarcoma the most common orbital malignancy, both predominantly affecting children.
- Inflammatory orbito-ocular lesions represent a significant cause of surgical intervention in the studied population.
