Abstract:
A 16-year-old boy presented to emergency department complaining of haemoptysis after falling from 2 meter. Chest examination did not show any contusion and breath sounds were normal. A chest radiography was taken and shown a paravertebral cystic air space. Computed tomography revealed an air/fluid cavitary lesion. No aggressive therapy was justified.
