Three patients (aged 64-85) with small bowel obstruction due to GSI underwent successful laparoscopic enterolithotomy.
Median operative time was 90 minutes.
No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred, with a median 5-day hospital stay.

Conclusions:

Minimally invasive surgery, specifically laparoscopic enterolithotomy, can be safely employed for GSI.
This approach offers benefits for elderly patients experiencing small bowel obstruction from GSI.
