Microvessel density assessment in benign and malignant endometrial changes

Microvessel density (MVD) in endometrial cancer is a prognostic indicator. Both CD34 and CD105 markers show significant differences in MVD between benign and malignant endometrial changes, with CD105 potentially being more specific for tumor angiogenesis.
