Abstract:
A review of the flow injection (FI) analytical methods used to determine citric acid (CA) is presented. These flow determinations are described and compared according to the detection technique used. In addition to the advantages involving the use of the continuous flow systems, the analytical figures of merit and interferences are also discussed.
